Ingredients
1200g water
300g rice
15g dried mushroom (soaked)
150g carrot (peeled and chopped)
20g oil
100g king oyster mushroom (diced)
20g fresh soya bean
¼ tsp salt
1Tbsp soy sauce
35g freshThai basil leaves (chopped)
¼ tsp sesame oil
Steps
Place water into mixing bowl, place simmering basket with rice into mixing bowl. Cook 18min/100°C/speed 2. Use spatula to remove simmering basket, transfer into Thermoserver to keep warm. Empty mixing bowl.
Add mushroom and carrot into mixing bowl, chop 5 sec/speed 5. Use spatula to scrap the ingredients to the base.
Add oil, cook 4 min/120°C/speed
Add king oyster mushroom and soya bean, cook 4 min/100°C/speed
Add salt, soy sauce and basil, cook 2 min/100°C/speed mix with cooked rice and sesame oil, serve immediately.
