Ingredients

  • 300g Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 red pepper
    (approx. 150g) cut into pcs
  • 1 apple (approx.. 100g) cut into pcs
  • 30g Pine nuts or sunflower seeds
  • 25g Olive 
  • 15g Fruit vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
  • 1tsp honey 
  • 1½tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½tsp black pepper 

Steps

  1. Place broccoli, red pepper, apple, pine nuts, olive oil, fruit vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper into mixing bowl and chop 5sec/speed 4.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
