Thermomix® TM6 isn’t just a multifunctional kitchen appliance with lots of new and improved functions. It is the perfect kitchen aid for both passionate long-time cooks and timid beginners, young and old. 

In addition to the popular functions of stirring, mixing, grinding, kneading, whisking, chopping, weighing, cooking, steaming, simmering and emulfisying, the revolutionary Thermomix® TM6 can do much more – transforming favourite meals into dishes worthy of Michelin stars. A warning for meat-lovers: the new Thermomix® TM6 is guaranteed to give off mouthwatering aromas with its new High Temperature setting. Even browning onions or creating delicious caramel is no problem with the new model. Meanwhile, the Sous Vide function is perfect for cooking particularly tender meat, fish and vegetables. Fans of yoghurt and kimchi can start enjoying the Fermentation function straight away. And for first-class, succulent meats or for making fruit preserves, there’s the Slow Cooking function, which cooks all foods at a low temperature.

New Thermomix® Cooking Functions

30-in-1 and growing

The multifunctional all-in-one Thermomix® TM6 is the perfect kitchen assistant for both passionate long-time cooks and people new to cooking.

In addition to the existing functions of stirring, mixing, grinding, kneading, whisking, chopping, weighing, cooking, steaming, simmering and emulsifying, the new Thermomix® TM6 offers over 20 functions to transform favourite dishes with even lesser effort into restaurant quality dishes. For meat-lovers, up to 160 degree celsius in the High Temperature cooking mode creates an additional taste dimension with caramelising browning and an incredible aroma while cooking. The Sous Vide function with up to 12 hours and to the degree heat setting, is perfect for cooking particularly tender and juicy meat, fish and vegetables. Bakers will particularly appreciate the new built-in weighing scale with 1g accuracy. For melt-in-the-mouth meat, the Slow Cooking function coupled with the Blade Cover, allows gentle cooking up to 8 hours. Sugar stages cooking mode means dishes that requires caramelising sugar is now possible from the all-in-one Thermomix® TM6. Even cleaning up is now a breeze with customised cleaning options to support dedicated washing up required after different types of food preparation and cooking.

The Thermomix® TM6 automatically adjusts cooking time based on the ingredients and temperature to cook dishes such as sauces, custards, and cream perfectly.

Rice Cooker
Cook different rice and grains perfectly! Place the grain of your choice along with water and seasoning into the mixing bowl, and the Thermomix® TM6 becomes a rice cooker that automatically controls the temperature and cooking time.

Measure with precision using the TM6’s scale, accurate to 1 gram. Ideal for baking, cooking and preparation with precise amounts. All you need to do is to weigh your ingredients and add them into the mixing bowl!

Grating and Milling
Ingredients such as nuts, cheese, vegetables and grains can be easily milled in seconds with the Thermomix® TM6. With just the blade speed and time, you have full control on the consistency of the finished product.

With over 30 functions and counting, the Thermomix® takes over the food preparation and cooking process for you so that baking and cooking is hassle-free, clean, and easy.

Sugar Stages
Through Guided Cooking, the TM6’s Sugar Stages function can make caramel, honeycomb and lollipops to your liking.

Precise Heating
You can choose temperatures anywhere from 37 degrees to 160 degrees (with guided recipes), allowing you to be in control of your cooking.

The TM6 allows you to caramelise ingredients at high heats of up to 160 degrees, such as caramelised onions and sugar through guided cooking.

With the Varoma, stack and steam cook layers of food that preserves more flavour and nutrients.

Mixing and Emulsifying
Create perfect mayonnaise and hollandaise sauces using the mixing function. The lid controls oils and liquids dripping into the mix, and precise heating allows you to recreate the perfect sauce every time.

Rotating in clockwise and anticlockwise directions, the special, incorporated interval mode imitates the movements of professional kneading, developing gluten in just a few minutes compared to conventional bread makers.

The TM6’s powerful motor easily crush ice, minces meat, vegetables and other ingredients in seconds.

Perfectly chop meat, herbs, vegetables and much more to your liking in seconds. Just adjusting the speed and chopping time allows you to control how coarsely or finely ingredients are chopped.

Heat water to 37–100°C for making tea, preparing baby bottles or cooking pasta.

Enhanced Pre Clean
Cleaning up is a breeze. Achieve better cleaning results by one of the pre-clean options – Dough, Universal, Fat and caramel, or Browning.

Sous Vide
Thermomix® is your sous vide machine! Precise timing and temperature controls allows meat, seafood and any delicate ingredient to be cooked evenly – resulting in succulent and juicy texture every time.

High Temperature
You can achieve up to 160 degrees with the TM6 for cooking that requires high temperatures. Guided cooking on Cookidoo® ensures that cooking with these temperatures ensures perfect and safe results every time.

The self-stirring function and the reverse function allows the Thermomix® TM6 to gently stir delicate food both clockwise and anti-clockwise. No more manual stirring and sweating at the stove with Thermomix®.

Slow Cooking
Gently cook up to 8 hours at a lower temperature, worry-free. Thermomix® is your slow cooker too!

Used as a yoghurt maker, the accurate and constant temperature creates the perfect environment for homemade yogurts and other types of fermented food such as soft cheeses. Also suitable to assist the proving of bread doughs. Mixtures can be left to ferment for 12 hours at temperatures between 37-70°C.

Thermomix® transforms into a cake mixer when the Butterfly whisk is inserted – to produce both sweet and savoury magic in a just seconds. Lightly churn butter whip up egg whites for meringues, easily and effortlessly.

Achieve perfect consistency with puree, soups and smoothies with the blending function. Thermomix® is the perfect kitchen blender that cooks and blend all in one pot.

Egg Boiler mode
Pick your desired setting for eggs prepared exactly the way you want them – whether well-cooked with a gooey center, soft or hard-boiled.

Warm Up
Perfectly heat or reheat liquid or creamy foods evenly at the required temperature without boiling over or food falling apart.

Slicing Mode (new)
For use with the new Cutter (coming soon) to accurately and efficiently slice vegetable and fruits in various thickness for your dishes.

Grating Mode (new)
To be used with the new Cutter (coming soon) to grate vegetables such as potatoes thinly for rosti or galettes, or carrots thickly for stir-fries and soups.

Peeler Mode
