Ingredients
30 g oil
6 pcs dried mushroom, soaked and sliced
100 g carrot, peeled and shredded
200 g cabbage, shredded
150 g king oyster mushroom, shredded
50 g oyster sauce
10 g black vinegar
1 tsp salt
a little ground white pepper
1 tsp sugar
400 g water, to be adjusted accordingly
300 g rice vermicelli
60 g Chinese celery, minced
Steps
Place oil, mushroom, carrot into mix bowl, 5 min/ Varoma/Reverse/Speed .
Add in cabbage, king oyster mushroom, 7 min/Varoma/ Reverse/Speed .
Add in oyster sauce, black vinegar, salt, white pepper and sugar, 2 min/Varoma/Reverse/Speed .
Add water and rice vermicelli into mixing bowl, 7 min/ Varoma/Reverse/Speed .
Add Chinese celery, 1 min/Varoma/Reverse/Speed , transfer into serving bowl and mixed well using chopstick, serve immediately.
