Thermomix Hong Kong Basic Cooking Class Recipe and Step-by-step Guide to make Fried rice vermicelli

Ingredients

  • 30 g oil
  • 6 pcs dried mushroom, soaked and sliced
  • 100 g carrot, peeled and shredded
  • 200 g cabbage, shredded
  • 150 g king oyster mushroom, shredded
  • 50 g oyster sauce
  • 10 g black vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a little ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 400 g water, to be adjusted accordingly
  • 300 g rice vermicelli
  • 60 g Chinese celery, minced

Steps

  1. Place oil, mushroom, carrot into mix bowl, 5 min/ Varoma/Reverse/Speed .
  2.  Add in cabbage, king oyster mushroom, 7 min/Varoma/ Reverse/Speed .
  3. Add in oyster sauce, black vinegar, salt, white pepper and sugar, 2 min/Varoma/Reverse/Speed .
  4. Add water and rice vermicelli into mixing bowl, 7 min/ Varoma/Reverse/Speed .
  5. Add Chinese celery, 1 min/Varoma/Reverse/Speed , transfer into serving bowl and mixed well using chopstick, serve immediately.
