Ingredients

  • 15g oil
  • 3pcs fresh mushroom (shredded)
  • 30g spring onion
  • 10g red chilli (minced)
  • 10g dried shrimp
  • 30g carrot (shredded)
  • 300g cabbage (shredded)
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • 1Tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground white pepper
  • 100g water
  • 100g pork (shredded)
  • 430g rice cake (sliced)

Steps

  1. Place oil, fresh mushroom, spring onion, chilli, dried shrimp and carrot into mixing bowl, cook 5min/120°C/ speed 2.
  2. Add cabbage, sugar, soy sauce, salt, ground pepper and water, cook 4 min/Varoma/speed
  3. Add shredded pork and sliced rice cake, cook 5 min/ Varoma/reverse speed , serve immediately.
