Ingredients

  • 100g dark vinegar
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 150g soy sauce
  • 1000g cucumber (slice into 1cm thick)

Steps

  1. Place dark vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce into
    mixing bowl, 5 min/100°C/Reverse speed 1.
  2. Add in sliced cucumber, 15 min/90°C/speed 1. Transfer
    to a food container, cool completely and store inside the fridge overnight. Ready to serve.
