Ingredients

  • 1800g water
  • 100g soy bean (soaked for at least 4 hours, drained)
  • 40g oats
  • 50g powered rock sugar

Steps

  1. Place 600g water and soaked soy bean into mixing bowl, 26min/100°C/speed 2.
  2. Add oats, 30 sec/speed 6, then 2 min 30 sec/speed 10.
  3. Add 1200g water and powdered sugar, 7 min/100°C/ speed 2.
  4. 5 sec/speed 3, let it cool for 10 min. Serve warm.
