It is so easy to make your own burger.


30g butter (cut into small pieces)
160g water
20g brown sugar
1 tsp yeast powder
500g high-gluten flour
1 egg, 60g
¼ tsp salt
Suitable quantity, White sesame


  1. Brush thinly in a large bowl with butter and set aside.
  2. Place water, sugar and yeast into mixing bowl, heat 1 min/37C/speed 2.
  3. Add high-gluten flour, eggs, salt, and butter, knead the dough for 3 minutes/, take out the dough, put it into a well-oiled bowl, cover it with cling paper, and ferment it until it doubles in size (about 1 hour), Cut into 10 portions (about 80-85g), shape into a round shape, dip the surface with water and sesame seeds, and ferment for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180C.
  4. Put it in the oven and bake at 180C for 12-15 minutes. After it cools, cut it crosswise and put in the vegan steak, cheese slices, fried eggs, tomato slices and cucumber slices and serve hot.
