Ingredients
100 g long grain white rice 80 g glutinous white rice 30 g white chia seeds 70 g potato starch 70 g sorghum flour 100 g arrowroot flour 5 ¼ tsp gluten free baking powder
Steps
Place rices and chia seeds into mixing bowl and mill 1 min/speed 9. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix 15 sec/speed 6.
Transfer into a sealable storage jar or container until ready to use.
