25g sugar
20g hot water

Steps

  1. Insert your butterfly
  2. Whisk 2min / speed 4
  3. Tips : Make sure the mixing bowl is very clean without grease and dry If your kitchen is cold, increase the temperature to 37c and whisk 1-2min longer
