7 Tips for your Varoma

The Varoma is ideal for multi-level and steam cooking. Highlight the flavour of delicate fish or vegetables to ensure a perfectly juicy end result, steam a variety of desserts, and so much more.

1. Rice and cake can be cooked in the Varoma

2. Use the Varoma as a salad spinner

After washing lettuce or other greens, you can use the Varoma with the lid to shake well and remove excess water.

3. Prepare delicious yogurts in Varoma with Thermomix® TM6

Use Fermentation mode to become a master of yogurt making. Try Creamy vanilla yoghurt.

4. Cook your ingredients to perfection

Cook those ingredients that take longer in the Varoma, basket and those that have a shorter cooking time in the Varoma tray. This ensures optimal cooking time and results!

Parchment paper captures the juices and prevents them from mixing in with other ingredients in the mixing bowl. Wet the parchment paper before placing it in the Varoma tray or dish and leave a small area of the Varoma tray or dish uncovered to ensure proper steam circulation.
