Thermomix Hong Kong Basic Cooking Class Recipe and Step-by-step Guide to make Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients

  • 150 g butter, unsalted, cut in pieces, plus extra for greasing
  • 100 g dark chocolate, cut in pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 300 g milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder (10 g)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a muffin tray and set aside.
  2. Place dark chocolate in mixing bowl and chop 6-10 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place butter, eggs, sugar, flour, salt, milk and baking powder in mixing bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 5.
  4. Add reserved chopped chocolate and mix 15 sec/reverse/speed 4. Transfer batter into prepared muffin tray. Bake muffins for 30 minutes (180°C) or until golden brown. Allow muffins to cool for 10 minutes before removing from muffin tray. Serve warm or cold.
